勞務派遣,亦稱勞務派遣、人才派遣,是指在《勞動法》和其它相關法規的框架下,基于市場經濟條件,賢益根據用人單位的需要,選擇合適的人才,并與其簽訂勞動合同,將勞務派遣到用人單位工作的一種新型用人機制。

有勞務派遣需要的企業自行招募、選拔、培訓人員,再由派遣公司與員工簽訂《勞動合同》,并由派遣公司負責員工的員工合同管理、薪資、保險等事務。
